Organization of the promotion

  • CDGS5 trainees form a promotion led by a president. The President of the Trainee Officers intervenes on behalf of the promotion on all matters of general interest. He ensures good relations between officers, general discipline, morale and cohesion of the promotion. It is also his responsibility to promote the influence and social life of the promotion and to organize events that are not within the competence of the command.
  • The promotion president is appointed by the general director of the CDG5S, In order to guarantee its representativeness and therefore its unifying role, the trainee officers will propose during the first month of schooling a prioritized list of 3 volunteer trainee officers to hold this position of responsibility.
  • Once appointed, the president will set up, within 15 days, a promotion office based on existing volunteering and expertise. In addition to itself, it will include at least one vice-president, a treasurer and a secretary.
  • The secretary is more specifically responsible for ensuring the link between the head of the supervisory department and the trainees for communications or requests for information of an administrative nature.
