Evaluation of trainees' work
The evaluation of trainees' work has two objectives:
- evaluate the quality of the results obtained during the year and attest to the good mastery of the pedagogical achievements obtained from the CDG5S training,
in a joint context, judge the officer's behaviour and estimate his potential.
- It is therefore a global appreciation of the knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills of each trainee officer.
