A strong delegation of six (6) members of the G5 SAHEL DEFENSE COLLEGE (CDG5S), led by General Brahim Vall Cheibany CHEICKH AHMED, Director of the College, stayed in Washington from October 22 to 29, 2021 at the invitation of the American Government. .

The purpose of the stay was focused on direct exchanges with the various study and higher education bodies (College of International Security Affairs, College of Information and Cyberspace, National War College, Africa Center for Strategic Studies, Center for Applied Strategic Learning , Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies) of the NATIONAL DEFENSE UNIVERSITY (NDU) to identify areas of interest for fruitful cooperation.

The visit recorded a total and mutual satisfaction and this thanks to the multiple Exchanges and the unreserved involvement of His Excellency Ambassador Michael J. Dodman, Acting Chancellor of the College of International Security Affairs of the NDU.
